What we do is sustainable
Ceusa is aligned with the Duratex Group's sustainability strategies, defining several actions in the areas of people, processes, products and services. The Duratex 2025 strategic plan considers the topic as one of the four essential fronts to direct the way in which the group is positioned in the market. The commitment to being increasingly efficient in environmental issues includes the search for ways to increasingly reduce the consumption of natural resources, from production to consumption of services and products, preserving quality, design and innovation.
What we do is sustainable
Among our actions we can highlight the main ones:
• The water used is captured from rain, used 100% in a closed circuit within the industry;
• Use of translucent tiles replacing daytime lighting;
• Reuse of heat from chimneys in the atomization and drying processes;
• Replacement of mineral coal with NG;
• Reuse of 830t of sodium from water treatment plants;
• Carrying out selective collection with appropriate destination.
